"Evolve" - A 4 week course with Blakey with the simple, humble goal of improving your life forever.

The 4 week course will include mindset, yoga, kriya, breath science, strength, stability, and injury resilience. My goal is to share techniques for managing the nervous system, mind, and body. Then integrating them at home, at work, in sport and in life.

Sessions 5.30pm - 8.30pm will include:

- 1 hour class and coaching + learning a weekly 10-minute morning and evening routine. (Follow along video provided each week)

- Beautiful walk down to Sandy Cove private beach and optional Cold Water ceremony.

- Private use of the spa, including the sauna, steam room, pool, and ice bucket. You can relax and downregulate or learn more about the science of hot and cold exposure.

- The Restaurant and Bar will be open before & after for team cohesion and drinks or dinner (not included in price but 10% discount)

The sessions will be an eclectic mix of spirituality and science. Kriya, yoga and Spiritual practices, learnt at the source of yoga in the Himalayas. Plus movement, stability and Breath Science, Andrew currently teaches to elite athletes to optimise pre-anticipation, performance and recovery. We will also examine injury resilience in different body areas, matching the class theme through stability and isometric work to protect your back, hips, shoulders and knees.

Each week you will learn a sadhana - a daily morning & evening routine using the breath, the mind, movement or mantra to harness the attributes we focused on in the session, and implement daily until the next class.

Session 1 - Monday April 27th - "Stability" - How do we create stability in the nervous system, body and mind? Cultivate a deep sense of grounding and safety so we can learn to be present. Fearlessness and trust start with the muladhara chakra. Learn to embody this fearless, rooted, grounded base in your life and everything you do. On a physical level, efficient respiratory function and breathing mechanics create intra-abdominal pressure to stabilise the lower back and pelvis. This will be coupled with strong, stable glute, abductor, adductor, and hamstring isometric
strength exercises to prepare our backs and hips for absorbing force and volume.

Session 2 Monday May 4th  - "Flow"  - Reconnect to play, creativity and pleasure. Let go of the disease of taking yourself too seriously. One of the healthiest things an adult can do for their nervous system health is reintegrate play. Be the Water. Find fluidity in the body, emotions and life. The flow state occurs when skill meets challenge. The Chakra focus for this session will be Svadhisthana.

Session 3, Monday May 11th: "Fire and Heart" - Imagine a life with No doubt. An unassailable fortress at a physical
and emotional level. A strong gut-to-brain axis without doubt or overthinking. A warrior spirit you can tap into when needed. The chakras for these attributes are Manipura and Anahata. (Pelvis and heart) . A lack mindset is infectious as is a mindset of abundance and Joy. The physical attributes include a healthyspine and strong, stable shoulders that move with freedom and ease.

Session 4 Monday May 18th - "Freedom"  - Putting the 4 weeks together. Integration to create coherence of the nervous system, body, heart, and mind. When we create coherence we create homeostasis - balance in all the
systems in the body.  Bringing the cells out of an inflammatory state and into alignment, creating an environment where we can thrive.  Chakra focus for this week will be Agya (third eye) and Sahasrara (Crown).
